Sponsorship Policy:
Complimentary Tickets and Bracelet Coupons will be distributed at the time of payment. No replacement of misplaced Bracelet Coupons, lost VIP bracelets or Grandstand tickets. Signage where noted will be provided by the Fair and remains the property of the Fair unless sponsorship wishes to provide their own within the guidelines of Fair policies.

Includes all Grandstand Events: Kids Day, Free Petting Zoo, Women’s Day, Midway, Complimentary Concerts. EXCLUDES Main Concert. Event will be named in honor of the sponsor including signage and announcements. Example: “The Bob’s Plumbing & Heating Motocross Races.” The Fair will also distribute promotional items (water bottles, frisbees, mini footballs, etc.) to attendees for the sponsor (items provided by the sponsor) at the end of the event. Includes 10 tickets to event sponsored.

Concert will be named in honor of the sponsor including signage and announcements. Example: “The Bob’s Plumbing & Heating Concert featuring (name of group).” The Fair will also distribute promotional items (water bottles, frisbees, mini footballs, etc.) to attendees for the sponsor, (items provided by the sponsor) at the end of the event. Includes 10 tickets to the Concert.

Partial Concert Sponsorship — $1000.00
Sponsor will be mentioned in announcements and signage at the event. Example: “This Concert is sponsored in part by Bobs Plumbing & Heating.” The Fair will also distribute promotional items (water bottles, frisbees, mini footballs, etc) to attendees for the sponsor, (items provided by the sponsor) at the end of the event. Includes 5 tickets to the Concert.
Golf Cart Sponsorship — $400.00
Fair Staff use Golf Carts throughout the week to run errands, transport visitors, and conduct Fair business. The carts are HIGHLY VISIBLE all week throughout the Fairgrounds and Grandstand Events. This Sponsorship includes professional signage on the front and rear of a cart.
